The RasteR project was born in Umbria in 2000, with the aim to play original reggae music talking about the society, the culture, the lifestyle, the people.
The first album (“Lampeggianti blu”) was published in 2002, "Arrivi e Partenze” in 2005 and their third album “In Viaggio” in 2007, distributed by One Love label.
Very active on the live front, RasteR have performed in some of the most important festivals in Italy such as Arezzo Wave, Rototom Sunsplash, Bombay Summer Festival and Ephebia Festival, and in the main clubs of central Italy (Feedback, Rock Garden, The Garage, etc.).
In 2008, the group produced a new single ("Living in Babylon"), produced by Paolo Baldini (BR Stylers, Africa Unite), which pushes the group in national radios and audience.
Two years later comes “dubVOLUTION”, the fifth studio album (and first solo project of Mod3mski, who changes his name to Pablo). The thirteen tracks of this album are pure dub, mixed by a real master of dub music, Madaski (Africa Unite, The Dub Sync), and the band celebrates its ten years of activity with a live tour in Italy and in the rest of Europe, and an important tv and radio promotion.
In 2012 "The Tribe", sixth studio album is published, with two videoclips, "Verità per Aldo" and "Inside".

I RasteR nascono in Umbria nel 2000, con l'intento di colorare di note in levare la propria terra.
Discograficamente attivi dal 2002, pubblicano "Lampeggianti Blu", "Arrivi e partenze" (2005) ed infine "In Viaggio" (2007) distribuito dalla etichetta One Love.
Attivissimi anche sul fronte live, i RasteR vantano partecipazioni ad alcuni dei festival più importanti d'Italia quali Arezzo Wave, Rototom Sunsplash, Bombay Summer Sound ed Ephebia Festival, oltre a numerosissimi concerti nei principali locali del centro Italia (Feedback, Rock Garden, The Garage, ecc.)
Nel 2008, il gruppo produce un singolo “Living in Babylon”, prodotto da Paolo Baldini (BR Stylers, Africa Unite), che promuove il gruppo radiofonicamente a livello nazionale.
Due anni dopo, esce dubVOLUTION, il quinto lavoro in studio ed il primo progetto solista di Mod3mski, (frontman e voce del gruppo), che per l'occasione cambia nome in Pablo. Le tredici tracce di puro dub, missate da Madaski (Africa Unite), una nuova formazione live, un impatto rivolto decisamente al dub ed un tour sono le principali forme di rinnovamento del gruppo, che festeggia il decimo anno di vita.
Il Dubvolution tour porta la band a suonare in numerosi club in Italia (CSOA Rivolta, RockTV, BeatCafè, Formula, RockForLife, Italia Wave, Urban, ecc), e a Maggio in importanti club Europei (Cross Club a Praga, Madness a Wroclaw, Sen Pszczoły a Varsavia.
Nel 2012 esce "The Tribe", sesto album in studio, anticipato dal singolo "Verità per Aldo". Secondo singolo è "Inside", con nuovo videoclip.

Projekt RasteR powstał w 2000 roku we włoskim regionie Umbria w środkowych Włoszech, mając za cel granie pierwotnego reggae, mówiącego o społeczeństwie, kulturze, stylu życia oraz o ludziach.
Pierwszy album "Lampeggianti Blu" został wydany w 2002 roku, kolejny - "Arrivi e Partenze" - w 2005, a trzeci "In Viaggio" w 2007 roku, wszystkie wydane przez wytwórnie One Love.
Zespół bardzo aktywny koncertowo, grał na wielu ważnych festiwalach we Włoszech takich jak Arezzo Wave, Rototom Sunsplash, Bombay Summer Festival czy Ephebia Festival. Grywał także w ważniejszych klubach w centralnych Włoszech.
W 2008 roku zespól wydał singiel "Living In Babylon", który został wyprodukowany przez Paolo Baldiniego, znanego z najważniejszych projektów reggae we Włoszech (BR Stylers, Africa Unite). Singiel ten pozwolił zespołowi na zaistnienie w krajowych rozgłośniach radiowych i dotarcie do szerszej publiczności.
W 2010 roku powstała 5 studyjna płyta "DubVolution", która jest już solowych projektem wokalisty RasteR'a, Pablo. Trzynaście piosenek czystego dub'u, które zostały wyprodukowane przez prawdziwego mistrza muzyki dub we Włoszech - Madaskiego (Africa Unite, Dub Sync). Krążek został bardzo pozytywnie przyjęty w kraju zarówno przez stacje muzyczne jak i przez odbiorców.
Zespól świętuje 10-lecie istnienia oraz wydanie nowej płyty trasą koncertową we Włoszech oraz w reszcie Europy oraz promocją w ważniejszych rozgłośniach radiowych i telewizyjnych.
